Dr. Audrey Mbogho, PHD : a visiting Professor from the university of Capetown SA, Dr. Mbogho's specific mission was to offer academic guidance to both students and lecturers at MPUC on writing of PHD proposals aimed at increasing the number of PHD holders in the country.
