Note from the Dean

Welcome to the Faculty of Applied and Health sciences of the Mombasa Polytechnic University College
It is one of the nascent Faculties in the University College. It evolved from the department of Applied Sciences, formerly the department of mathematics and sciences, which offered pure and applied mathematics, physics, Chemistry, and biology. The prospectus outlines how the Faculty of Applied and Health Sciences has single-mindedly committed itself and responded to the need to offer technical and vocational training. The Faculty seeks to partner with stakeholders by putting them on a competitive scale in regard to career and personal development requirements.

The Faculty has student population of over 1200, a highly trained academic staff of 74 both full-time and part-time Professionals as well as 14 support staff. Faculty of Applied and health Sciences will offer you a conducive and vibrant academic environment which will nurture dreams of applicants so as to them achieve success. The Faculty prospective Candidates will apply to join fast growing training division not only to benefit from the various opportunities it offers but also to contribute to its progress.
