TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION.

1. Attach a copy of the application payment receipt  of a non refundable fees of Kshs 1,500/= for any applied course.

Course fees must be paid in accordance with the fee schedule. Payment can be done through Bank account.

1. Students should have paid 75% of the 1st Semester fees of the course to be allowed in class
2. A Copy of this form to be completed with the accurate details and returned to the Registrar of The Mombasa Polytechnic University College, P.O.Box 90420-80100, Mombasa or email:

registrar.aa@mombasapoly.ac.ke or principal@mombasapoly.ac.ke or drop your applications at The Mombasa Polytechnic University College Admissions Registry.

1. Dully completed forms should be returned before the last application period i.e. 3rd April, 2012.
