Institute of Research, Innovation and Extension (IRIE)

The establishment of the Institute of Research, Innovation and Extension (IRIE) in 2009 was an important milestone in MPUC’s mission of taking research, innovation and extension a notch higher. The institute provides a platform for ensuring the fostering of internal and external collaboration among the academic departments and directorates alongside stakeholders from outside the University, especially the industrial sector. As the name suggests, the institute has three main divisions namely Research, Innovations and Extension services.
